Brittany Berkey
Brittany is an owner and founding partner of DBMA Family Law Group. She was born and raised in Eugene and graduated cum laude from the University of Oregon. She received her J.D. from the University of Connecticut School of Law.
Her first job after law school was prosecuting child abuse and neglect cases as a trial lawyer in the Bronx Family Court in New York City. After returning to Oregon, she worked as an AmeriCorps attorney at Legal Aid Services of Oregon exclusively representing survivors of domestic violence.
As a staff attorney at St. Andrew Legal Clinic she spent nearly a decade representing low-income Portlanders in divorce proceedings and other sensitive family law matters. This included frequent representation of children. She has since served five years on the board at St. Andrew and was named board president in 2025 and 2026.
With DBMA (founded in 2020), she is proud to offer clients premier family law advocacy—grounded in the far-reaching expertise of the partners and associates, and the uncompromising personal customer service valued by the entire DBMA staff.
