Emilee Daley

Emilee is a long-time Oregon resident. She attended the University of Oregon prior to obtaining her J.D. from Willamette University School of Law, where she received the High Paper Award in Oregon Family Law Practice, served as Executive Secretary of the Moot Court Board, was named Best Appellate Oralist, and was inducted into the Order of Barristers for excellence in advocacy.

During law school, Emilee clerked for a busy family-law firm in the South Willamette Valley, gaining meaningful courtroom exposure and hands-on experience. Her early focus on family law and courtroom exposure have given her substantial experience at the start of her career. She brings a direct, kind, and practical style to her work, partnering closely with clients to identify goals, explain options, and pursue durable solutions.

In her free time, Emilee enjoys spending time with family, reading, baking, and the outdoors.
